User License Agreement for the WordMe For You app

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the WordMe For You game application (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), you consent to this User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not concur with the terms herein, do not use and promptly uninstall the Software.

2. Grant of License
Under this EULA, Várkonyi Erika Lívia and Ketler István provide the user a restricted, non-exclusive, and non-transferrable license for the personal, non-commercial utilization of the Software.

3. Restrictions
The user of the WordMe For You app (hereinafter referred to as the "User") is prohibited from the following activities:

a) The User may not distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, replicate, or derive any economic gain from the Software in any manner.

b) The User may not replicate any portion of the Software, reverse engineer any part or entirety of the source codes, or embed them into any other software.

c) The User must not remove any copyright or proprietary notifications from the Software.

4. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in connection with the Software, inclusive of all affiliated intellectual property rights, are owned by Várkonyi Erika Lívia and Ketler István (hereinafter referred to as the "Owners"). The Owners furnish the Software under this license and do not trade it.

5. Termination of Agreement
This EULA remains in effect until its termination. The user's rights will automatically terminate without any specific notice if the User breaches any terms of this EULA.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Owners provide the Software on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties, inclusive of, but not limited to, implied warranties of operability or fitness for a particular purpose. All source codes of the Software are unique intellectual creations and do not infringe any other intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Owners in no circumstance assume liability for any damages, including damages from profit loss or data loss, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Software.

8. Data Protection and Confidentiality
By using the Software, the User consents to the collection and usage of their data according to Várkonyi Erika Lívia Privacy Policy. The gathered data is exclusively used for bug fixing, enhancing user experience, or for marketing purposes and is not shared with third parties.

9. Amendments to this EULA
The Owners reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Changes become effective upon the publication of the updated EULA.

10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Hungary. For matters not specified in this EULA, the relevant provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code shall apply. To avoid discrepancies arising from translations, the Hungarian version shall be considered authoritative.
